Great News for Webmasters! Link-Exchangers.com will very shortly be implementing a spidering technology for all would be link partners. When someone places your linking code on one of their pages, that page has to be within 3 clicks of their homepage. This will insure that all of your links are easily spiderable by the search engines including Googlebot and others.
Link-Exchangers.com is incorporating code to spider to all links from the home page of a potential link partner to see just exactly what pages on that site are “spiderable”. This is just exactly what robot spiders will do. If they can’t see the page your link is on, it won’t count towards your rankings.
Link-Exchangers.com gurantees that all links to your site WILL be seen! Our code looks into the robots.txt file if there is one, and also the individual page META tags for follow, nofollow. Any excluded files or subdirectories necessary to access a file in a robots.txt file, or any meta tags directing robots to NOT spider a page that contains your link will not be acceptable as a page. This is being implemented for advanced members of the site.
